Protagonists

Justice League

Superman talks with Batman.

Superman - One day, Superman goes up to Batman at Crime Alley and asks him if he can figure out where Metallo is. After the Titans deal with Metallo, Superman checks in on Superboy and assures him that his mother's okay before asking how life as a Titan is. After experiencing a huge head ache, Superman went to the Watchtower to investigate and saw that there were two Earths there now. Superman then went with Batman, Flash, J'onn, and Wonder Woman to investigate the second Earth where they met the X-Men. He then pointed out the second Earth to the X-Men. He then introduced himself and the Justice League to them. He then questioned what a Mutant was. Superman then stated that they were reluctant to bring more players into the scenario of two Earths, but he did agree to have the X-Men, Storm, Cyclops, and Beast go with them. Superman then left for New Genesis to assist in an attack. Superman then learned that an enemy of the X-Men's, Apocalypse, had taken control of Superboy and Raven, along with two other X-Men, Xavier and Jean Grey. Superman then charged at Xavier, but he was pushed away by one of Xavier's mental blasts. Superman then tried to get through the Superboy. Superman then tried to remind Superboy of his past, from when he brought Superboy to Ma and Pa Kent to when they worked together in Metropolis. He then objected to when Hawkgirl smashed Superboy in the head with her mace, but he accepted Hawkgirl's approach as all other attempts had failed. Superman then had John try another restraining device as Superboy was claustrophobic. Superman then gives in and punches Superboy in the gut and face, but he doesn't do much good. Superman then calmed Rogue down when she already developed x-ray vision as she was a year older, physically, than Superboy. He then agreed to wait out Darkseid's attack on Earth and agreed to go to the Mansion to do so. Superman was then taken on a tour of the Mansion by Xavier. After this, he offered all the heroes a chance to back out of the coming fight that nobody took. He then voiced his plan to ensure peace between the two Earth governments by having Flash and Nightcrawler take them to the Watchtower to talk. Afterwords, Superman explains the situation to representatives for both Earths. After the peace talks were successful, and the representatives were taken home, Superman prepared to figure out what Darkseid was up to. When Darkseid arrived soon afterwords, Superman began fighting him before he was held back by Superboy, Wonder Woman, and J'onn. When Darkseid asked for help, Superman asked why they should, which Darkseid responded with the fact that Brainiac's attack Apokolips with Apocalypse switching to Brainiac's side. Superman was skeptical that it was Brainiac as he believed he'd destroyed him. Superman then said that they'd just stop Brainiac when he moved to New Genesis and said he would let Apokolips be destroyed.

Batman at the Mansion.

Batman - On the anniversary of his parents' death, Batman drops two roses on the spot where they were shot as Superman arrives. Batman then promises to see what he can find out about Metallo. He later learns that he was apprehended by the Titans and reports this to J'onn and Hawkgirl to report back to Superman. He then arrived to take Metallo to Stryker's and complimented Robin and the other Titans. Batman then tells Starfire he's fine and leaves on the Batwing. After receiving a large headache, Batman went with Superman to the Watchtower and discovered a second Earth. He then had Hawkgirl stay in the Watchtower with Green Lantern while he left with the others to investigate the other Earth, where he met the X-Men. He then explained to them that their universes had been merged together somehow. When the X-Man Beast was about to explain what a Mutant was, Batman stopped him saying that they didn't have time for such. Batman then refused Jim's offer to help since as far as he was concerned, Jim was a civilian. They then left with Storm, Cyclops, and Beast in the Javelin to investigate. He also went with them to assist in an attack on New Genesis by a controlled Superboy and Raven, along with two controlled X-Men, Charles Xavier and Jean Grey. Batman then asked if the X-Men knew how to snap them out of it and learned that they were being controlled by a previously defeated enemy, Apocalypse. Batman then led the newly arrived Titans to assist in trying to get through the Raven. Once Raven's mind was entered by a freed Xavier and J'onn, Batman switched to assisting Superman with Superboy, but he had left his security Kryptonite at home. He then agreed with Superman for John to hold Superboy in something else as he believed otherwise he'd grow too frantic. Batman then agreed with Rogue's plan to touch Superboy and drain his powers to cause Apocalypse's control to wear off. He then flew the Javelin up as Rogue jumped out and succeeded in her plan. Batman then went to the Mansion to plan for Darkseid's next move. While there, Batman learned of Apocalypse's origins from Wolverine. After looking at hieroglyphics that were taken from the Sphinx, Batman theorized that Rama-Tut was from the future due to the access to advanced technology he had and a lack of actual birth or death descriptions in the hieroglyphs. After hearing about the diplomatic side of the League's latest mission, Batman returned to the Cave to follow up on Rama-Tut and said to call him once they were ready to search for Darkseid and Apocalypse. They did just that. Batman was on the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived and asked for help fighting Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Flash asks which Earth is theirs.

Flash - Flash was in the Watchtower when he suddenly got a huge headache with J'onn and Hawkgirl. He then looks out to find two Earths and asks which one's theirs. He then pointed out the second Earth to Superman and Batman when they arrive. He then went with Superman, Batman, J'onn, and Wonder Woman to the new Earth. When they arrived at a Mansion, Flash was impressed by it. He then empathized with the X-Men's reaction to the second Earth. Flash then asked what a Mutant was. Flash then asked why the X-Men couldn't come with them to help and agreed with the compromise to bring the senior X-Men, Storm, Cyclops, and Beast with them to investigate. He then joined the reassignment to defend New Genesis from a controlled Superboy and Raven, along with two controlled X-Men, Xavier and Jean Grey. Flash was then shocked by Xavier sending Superman into a mountain with a thought and asked if J'onn had any ideas. Flash didn't do much during the fight, but he did like Jim knocking Raven out with one blow. Flash then questioned the downside to keeping Superboy in a tube John created. Flash then went to relax in the X-Men's Mansion before Darkseid's next move. Flash later asked to sit next to Rogue when they went to face Darkseid. He then volunteered to take Earth-One's representatives to the Javelin and take them up to the Watchtower for a peace talk between both Earths. The peace talk was a success, and Flash flirted with the Latverian representative before speeding the Earth-One representatives home.

Green Lantern fights on New Genesis

Green Lantern/John Stewart - John was asked to look after Earth with Hawkgirl while the Justice League investigated a second Earth. When they were told by Orion of an attack made on New Genesis by a controlled Superboy, Raven, Xavier, and Jean Grey, John called the united Justice League and adult X-Men. He then arrived with the Titans and the remaining X-Men. When Hawkgirl was smashed away by Superboy, John caught her and encased Superboy in a tube he created from his ring but was told to change it by Superman and Batman as Superboy was claustrophobic. John then changes to tube into a vice but is flung away when Superboy spun around. Green Lantern then went to the Mansion with the others once the controlled heroes were freed and commented that it was a nice place. Green Lantern was shocked by Superman and Xavier's plan for a peace talk in the Watchtower between the representatives of the two Earths, but he went along with it.

J'onn senses the power in the X-Men.

Martian Manhunter/J'onn Jonzz - J'onn walks in on Hawkgirl while she's watching a documentary about hawks asks if she misses her home. He then learns from her that she ended up teleported to Earth from Thanagar. He sympathizes with her as he's alone too as the last Martian. He then takes comfort with Shayera in their teammates being there for them as well as the Teen Titans. He then learns from Batman that the Titans have apprehended Metallo already. Shortly afterwords, J'onn experiences an extreme headache with the others and after it passes sees that there are two Earths there now. J'onn then left with the X-Men to investigate the second Earth. He also agreed with Flash that the X-Men each possessed great strength and abilities and agreed to the compromise of the elder X-Men, Cyclops, Beast, and Storm coming with them to investigate. J'onn then went with them to New Genesis to stop a controlled Superboy and Raven, along with two controlled X-Men, Charles Xavier and Jean Grey. While the X-Men distract him, J'onn enters Xavier's mind. There, he enters a derelict version of the Mansion to see Xavier chained to the wall. J'onn then frees Xavier, and they defeat the robotic mummies Apocalypse sends to keep Xavier imprisoned. Afterwords, J'onn and Xavier both enter Raven's mind to free her. Inside Raven's mind, they beat down an apparition of Raven's father Trigon and followed Raven's happiness through the pyramid into a maze. They then followed Raven's timidness to the end of the maze where Raven's bravery saved them from two robotic mummies. J'onn then kept the one who was controlling Raven and the others, Apocalypse, busy while Raven's inner-child saves Raven. She then frees herself. After that, J'onn went to the Mansion with the others to wait for Darkseid's next attack. J'onn was later at the Watchtower and restrained Superman when Darkseid arrived and asked for help in helping him against Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Hawkgirl talks about her home world.

Hawkgirl - Hawkgirl was watching a documentary about hawks when she began talking to J'onn and admitted that she was homesick. She then explained how she ended up on Earth and has no idea where Thanagar is. She then explains that she doesn't feel as alone as she would without the Justice League or the Teen Titans. She then notices that Batman's moodier than usual when he reports that the Titans captured Metallo. She later gets a large headache, and when it passes, she sees that there are two Earths. Hawkgirl is later told to stay at the Watchtower to keep an eye on the Earth with John. They're then alerted by Orion of an attack on New Genesis by controlled versions of Superboy and Raven, along with controlled X-Men Charles Xavier and Jean. When she, John, the other X-Men, and the Teen Titans arrived to assist the team, Hawkgirl was all for knocking the others to their senses. She then assisted in fighting Superboy with her mace when Superman was too reluctant to fight him. She was then knocked away by Superboy before being caught by John. She then asked if Batman had any Kryptonite on him. After the controlled heroes are freed, Hawkgirl goes to the Mansion to relax while they wait for Darkseid's next move. Hawkgirl was very impressed by the Danger Room. She then chastised Flash for flirting with Rogue. After making peace between the two Earths, Hawkgirl comforted the Professor and assured him that the people of his Earth would accept super-powered beings given time. She was on the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived and asked for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Wonder Woman prepares to fight Raven.

Wonder Woman - Following the arrival of the second Earth, Wonder Woman went with Superman, Batman, Flash, and J'onn to investigate that Earth. Wonder Woman took a dislike to Jim when he critiqued Superman's experienced. Wonder Woman then agreed that the older X-Men could help them in their investigations, but the young members were "out of practice", particularly Jim. She then went with the others to New Genesis when it was attacked by a controlled version of Superboy and Raven, along with two controlled X-Men, Charles Xavier and Jean Grey. Wonder Woman then meets Wolverine when he arrives with the Titans and the remaining X-Men, who calls her a kid. Wonder Woman assisted in fighting Raven, but she was knocked out by a gas Raven created. She recovered after the heroes were restored, and she went to the Mansion to await Darkseid's next move. Wonder Woman later asked what the plan to save the two Earths was. In the Watchtower, she restrained Superman when Darkseid appeared and asked for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Teen Titans

Superboy during his first day.

Superboy/Conner Kent - The newest Titan and a partial clone of Superman. Following a fight with Metallo on his first day there, Superboy believed that he'd have a fun time in Jump City. Superboy later asked a visiting Superman how his mother was, which Superman replied was good. He then said that he couldn't wait for his first big fight as a Titan. Shortly after the visit, Superboy, along with Raven, ended up captured by an unknown enemy called Apocalypse. Once captured, Superboy is turned into one of Apocalypse's Horsemen and provides his raw power along with Jean Grey's and the minds of Professor Charles Xavier and Raven to merge the DCAU and the Marvel Universe together. Superboy was then named Conquest by Apocalypse and given an immunity to Kryptonite while serving Apocalypse. Superboy was then sent to destroy New Genesis with Raven, Jean, and Xavier. Superboy then fought Superman when the Justice League, the Titans, and the X-Men arrived. He then began to give upon being reminded of his past, but he still can't free himself. He's eventually smashed down by Hawkgirl, but he easily beat her down. When he was encased in a tube by Green Lantern, John Stewart, Superboy began to get frantic before he was contained in a vice. Following that, he spun around and knocked John away. In the end, Superman was forced to fight Superboy, but the results were limited at best. Superboy was then freed when Rogue used her powers to temporarily siphon off Superboy's power, deactivating his Horsemen circuitry. He recovered soon afterwords and suggested going back to Earth to wait for Darkseid and Apocalypse's next move. Superboy was fine with relaxing in the Mansion while the League and the of-age X-Men worked at making peace between the two Earths. He was at the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived and began attacking him with Superman until Raven held him back. He then held Superman back as Darkseid asked for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse. Superboy was against helping Darkseid.

Robin prepares to attack Wolverine and the Furies.

Robin/Tim Drake - After he and the Titans defeat Metallo, Robin hands him over to Batman. When Raven remarks that he's crabby, Robin comments that it's the anniversary of his parents' death. When a man called Apocalypse captures Superboy and Raven, Robin contacts Batman. Robin later learned from Batman that there was a new Earth, and Robin led the Titans there to investigate after the League and the older X-Men left. Robin then introduced himself to them. Robin then promised to explain what a Thanagarian was later and explained that they were trying to figure out where a Boom Tube opened on the planet. Robin then explains what Apokolips is. Robin then agrees to investigate with them. At the Tower, they try to figure out what happens when one of the missing X-Men, Wolverine, arrives. Robin was the first to figure out that Wolverine was brain-washed by Darkseid. Robin then led the Titans and the X-Men against Darkseid's Femme Furies. After a restored Wolverine helps them out, Robin asks what was going on and learns about Apocalypse and Darkseid's attack on New Genesis. Following this, Robin has Starfire call the Titans East and goes with the other Titans, the X-Men, Hawkgirl, and Green Lantern, John Stewart, to New Genesis to aid the League. When Wolverine's son, Jim, was about to attack Raven, Robin called out not to hurt her. Robin was at the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived and asked for help in fighting Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Cyborg asked what just happened.

Cyborg - Cyborg witnesses Superboy and Raven get captured by Apocalypse and wonders what he was. Cyborg went with the other Titans to investigate the new Earth. He then called the Mansion nice. Cyborg then explained to the X-Men what a Boom Tube was. Cyborg later assisted the Titans and the X-Men into fighting a brain-washed Wolverine and the Femme Furies until Wolverine returned to normal and beat down the Furies. Cyborg then asked why Wolverine had the Furies attack them and learned that Darkseid and Apocalypse planned to get rid of the defenses of the two Earths while the Justice League fought enslaved versions of Superboy, Raven, Xavier, and Jean Grey. Cyborg then went with the other Titans, the X-Men, Hawkgirl, and Green Lantern, John Stewart, to fight. Cyborg was assigned to try and get through to Raven with the other Titans. He advised a restored Xavier and J'onn to be careful in Raven's mind when they attempted to save her. Cyborg later went to the Mansion to relax with the others following the restoration of the others. Cyborg decided to view some extra relaxation time at the Mansion while the League and the of-age X-Men working on peace between the Earths as a reward for helping save New Genesis.

Beast Boy meets the X-Men.

Beast Boy - Beast Boy was among the Titans who visited the new Earth. When they met the X-Men, Beast Boy complimented them on their team name. Beast Boy then suggested that the X-Men come with them after learning that the older members joined the Justice League in their investigation since Beast Boy believed the team was essentially a junior Justice League without the Watchtower. Beast Boy then explained that everyone in their Earth knows about Darkseid. Beast Boy and the Titans then join in fighting a brain-washed Wolverine and the Femme Furies. Beast Boy then complimented Wolverine when he recovered and punched Lashina out. Beast Boy also thought the Boom Tube was cool. He then joined the other Titans, the X-Men, Hawkgirl, and Green Lantern, John Stewart in going to New Genesis to assist the Justice League against controlled versions of Superboy, Raven, Xavier, and Jean Grey. He went to try and snap Raven back to normal, but he was knocked out by a gas she created. He recovered soon after the controlled heroes were returned to normal. He then went to relax at the Mansion. Beast Boy later asked why their Earth was Earth-One. He also advised Beast Boy that he shouldn't have done that. He was on the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived and asked for help against Brainiac and Apokolips.

Starfire rejoices in Raven being freed.

Starfire - After she and the Titans defeat Metallo, Starfire introduces herself to Batman and asks how he is. She then witnesses Superboy and Raven get kidnapped by Apocalypse. Starfire later joined the remaining Titans in visiting a new Earth that suddenly appeared, which Starfire admitted they had no idea how. When comparing themselves to the Justice League, Starfire added that they had no Thanagarians or Martians on their team. Starfire then joined the Titans and X-Men in fighting a brain-washed Wolverine and the Femme Furies. After Wolverine returned to normal and saved them, Starfire agreed to ask the Titans East to keep an eye on Jump City while they go to New Genesis to help the Justice League with a controlled Superboy, Raven, Xavier, and Jean Grey. She then assisted in trying to get through to Raven. Starfire then cheered after the controlled heroes were freed. She then went to relax with the others at the X-Men's Mansion. She then expressed that she was uneasy about Superman and Xavier forcing a peace talk between the two Earths but went along with it in the end. She was on the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived and asked for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Raven frees herself from Apocalypse's control.

Raven - After she and the Titans defeat Metallo, and Batman takes him away, Raven comments that he's crabby but retracts it once she learns about his parents. Shortly afterwords, Raven, along with the newest Titan, Superboy, end up captured by Apocalypse. She then uses her powers to cause something to explode, so the Titans arrive to see them get captured. Raven's then turned into one of Apocalypse's Horsemen and provides her mind along with Professor Charles Xavier's and the raw power of Superboy and Jean Grey to bring the DCAU and the Marvel Universe together. Raven was later named Famine by Apocalypse. She was then given the ability to create plague, disease, pain, and suffering in her enemies. She then went to New Genesis to destroy it. She's then confronted by Batman, the Titans, and a few others. She then attempts to incapacitate Wonder Woman, Beast Boy, and Jim with a poisonous gas, but Wonder Woman and Beast Boy are only knocked out while Jim just punches Raven unconscious. Her mind's then entered by Xavier and J'onn J'onzz. There, Raven's happiness met them and thought the beams they used to defeat an apparition of Trigon was pretty. She then took them into a pyramid, with a maze in it. There, Raven's timidness took them through, claiming they won't like her afterwords due to two robotic mummies Apocalypse's circuitry had put to guard Raven's main consciousness. The two mummies are then beaten up by Raven's bravery. They then witnessed Apocalypse's Pharaoh self holding Raven's inner-child while Raven's main self was imprisoned. Raven's inner child was then told by Xavier to free her main self, which she did, and Raven combined all aspects of herself to get Apocalypse out of her mind. Raven then went to the Mansion to relax until Darkseid and Apocalypse made their next move. Raven later learned about Rogue's powers and sympathized with her. Raven then asked Beast Boy if he was really going to get into why their Earth was Earth-One. She then asked Jim to stop extending and retracting his claws and shoved him into the kitchen with her powers when he told her to bite him. She was on the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived. When Superboy began fighting Darkseid with Superman, Raven restrained him and convinced him to restrain Superman. When she heard Darkseid ask for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse, she was against it.

X-Men

The Professor discusses Jim.

Professor X/Charles Xavier - After the defeat of Apocalypse, the Professor congratulated the X-Men and Brotherhood in averting catastrophe. Shortly after the fight with Apocalypse, a new student arrived at the Institute, Jim, the son Logan never knew he had. Just as this is revealed, an unknown enemy named Darkseid arrives. Xavier's then teleported to Darkseid's home, Apokolips, via Darkseid's Omega Beam along with Jean. Once there, Xavier is once again made into a Horseman by Apocalypse and uses his mind, along with Raven's and Jean and Superboy's raw power, to combine the DCAU and the Marvel Universes together. Xavier is then named Death by Apocalypse and given the ability to kill with a thought. He then went with the other Horsemen to destroy New Genesis. When the Justice League arrives, Xavier mentally blasts Superman into a wall. Once the Titans and the X-Men arrives, J'onn has the X-Men distract Xavier while he enters Xavier's mind. Xavier is held in a ruined version of the Mansion when J'onn arrives and releases Xavier. When a pair of mechanical mummies appear, Xavier assists in fighting them with a psychic sword. Xavier then volunteered to assist J'onn in entering Raven's mind. There, he fought an apparition of Raven's father, Trigon, outside of a pyramid and defeated him. Afterwords, Xavier was guided to a maze by Raven's happiness and then led to the end of it by Raven's timidness. At the end of the maze, they were confronted by two Egyptians that were beaten up by Raven's bravery. They then witnessed Apocalypse's Pharaoh self holding Raven's inner-child, and Xavier demanded that En Sabah Nur release her. Xavier then had Raven's younger self free her main self while he and J'onn distracted Nur. After that, Raven forced Apocalypse out of her mind. Xavier then suggested resting at the Mansion before their next move. Xavier then took Superman on a tour of the Mansion. He later voiced his and Superman's plan to have the representatives to ensure peace between the two Earths on the Watchtower. They succeed in their plan. Xavier then talks to Hawkgirl about how the people of her Earth are admired as heroes with their abilities. He then takes comfort in Hawkgirl when she suggests giving things time. He then witnessed Darkseid arrive and ask for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Logan tries to figure out why Jim smells so familiar.

Wolverine/Logan - After Wolverine damages Apocalypse's computer, he drags Rogue and Nightcrawler away from the Eye of Ages and hopes it took Apocalypse into the cracks of time never to be seen again. After the defeat of Apocalypse, Logan discovered that a new student at the Institute named Jim was his son from before Weapon X occurred. When Jim arrives, he gets in a fight with Wolverine before Jim's knocked down by Rogue. When Darkseid suddenly appears and zaps Professor Xavier away along with Jean, Wolverine charges at him and ends up on Apokolips and sees that Apocalypse is still active, which unnerves him long enough to be contained by Granny and the Female Furies and taken away for re-education. Wolverine ended up believing that after killing his father's murderer, he was taken in by Darkseid and became friends with him and was made the leader of the Femme Furies. He was then told by Darkseid to lead the Furies against the Teen Titans and the X-Men. Wolverine then told the mission to Lashina, who was in a relationship with him, and he attacked the two teams while they were in Titan Towers in Jump City. He was then talked to by Shadowcat and told about how they used to be friends. After the Furies attack the Titans and the X-Men, with Kitty being attacked standing out most, Wolverine shakes off the brain-washing and beats up the Furies. Wolverine then takes the Titans, the X-Men, Hawkgirl, and the Green Lantern, John Stewart, to New Genesis to assist the Justice League in fighting a controlled Xavier, Jean, Superboy, and Raven. He then meets the Justice League and called Wonder Woman a kid. After J'onn J'onzz saved Xavier, Wolverine asked if Xavier was okay, which he was. Wolverine then used the Boom Tube he kept to take everyone to the Mansion after saving everyone. Wolverine then explained Apocalypse's origins to Batman and took him to the computer room. He was one of the first to agree with Xavier and Superman's plan to arrange a peace talk between the two Earths. Wolverine was on the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived and asked for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Storm fights on New Genesis.

Storm/Ororo Monroe - Storm became the de-facto leader following the kidnapping of Xavier and Jean, and she confronted the Justice League when they arrive. She then asked who they were. After agreeing to leave the younger X-Men behind, she went with Cyclops and Beast to investigate how their two universes merged with the Justice League until they knew what they were dealing with. She then went with the Justice League to New Genesis to stop a controlled Xavier and Jean as well as two younger heroes from the Justice League's Earth, Superboy and Raven. She then explained that an enemy of the X-Men's, Apocalypse, was controlling them. After the team was released, Storm went home with the others to wait for Apocalypse's next move.

Jean tries to hold back the Omega Beam.

Jean Grey - After Logan's estranged son, Jim, tries to attack him and fails, Jean lifts him up to take him to his room when Darkseid appears. He then fires his Omega Beam at Jean who holds it back for a little until she's blasted. This transports her to Darkseid's Apokolips where she is turned into a Horseman by Apocalypse and willingly uses her raw power, along with Superboy's and the Professor and Raven's minds to bring the DCAU and the Marvel Universe together. Jean was then named War by Apocalypse and had her Phoenix powers awoken. She then goes to destroy New Genesis. Cyclops then confronts Jean and tries to get through to her, reminding her of when they first met. This snaps Jean into freeing herself from the Apocalypse circuitry and re-locking away her Phoenix powers. She then assisted the Professor in moving around as he was freed soon afterwords. After Superboy and Raven are freed, she goes back home with the others to wait for Darkseid and Apocalypse's next move. Jean was one of the first to agree with Xavier and Superman's plan to arrange a peace talk between the two Earths. She was later on the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived and asked for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Scott chastises Jim for his attitude.

Cyclops/Scott Summers - After the defeat of Apocalypse, a new enemy named Darkseid attacks and the X-Men have to fight him. When the Professor and Jean are transported away by Darkseid, Scott insists that they have to save them and argues against Jim's attitude. Cyclops confronts them and learns that the League is from another Earth. Cyclops then went with Storm, Beast, and the Justice League to investigate how their two Earths came together. They then deterred to New Genesis when Jean and Xavier, under Apocalypse's control, along with two other heroes named Superboy and Raven. Cyclops then asks Superman not to hurt Xavier before Xavier mentally blasts him into a wall. Cyclops then tried to get through to Jean by reminding her of when they first met at the Institute. This freed Jean from Apocalypse's control. After the others were freed, Cyclops went home with everyone else to wait for Apocalypse's next move. He was then on the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived and asked for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Nightcrawler meets the Teen Titans.

Nightcrawler/Kurt Wagner- Kurt's unconscious body is taken by Wolverine when the Eye of Ages takes Apocalypse away. During the beginning of his junior year of high school, Kurt met a boy named Jim who was a Mutant with powers similar to his father, Logan. He later witnesses Darkseid kidnap the Professor, Jean, and Wolverine. Nightcrawler later confronted the Justice League when they arrived, and he commented on their costumes. Nightcrawler was then left behind when the of-or-over-age X-Men left with the Justice League to investigate their two worlds merging. When the Titans arrived, Nightcrawler wondered what happened to Cyborg before being stopped by Robin. Nightcrawler then introduced everyone. Nightcrawler then agreed to investigate with the Titans. Nightcrawler then welcomed Wolverine back when he arrived with the Femme Furies until Wolverine extended his claws. Nightcrawler then joined in fighting the Furies with the other X-Men and the Titans until Wolverine recovered from his brain-washing. Nightcrawler then went with the Titans, the other X-Men, Hawkgirl, and Green Lantern to fight a controlled Jean, Xavier, Superboy, and Raven. After they were freed, they returned to the Mansion to wait for Apocalypse's next move and talked about their training room. Nightcrawler then went to Batman and Wolverine and said that Xavier and Superman wanted him to talk to everyone. He then teleported Wolverine to the living room. He then volunteered to teleport Earth-Two representatives to a peace talk Superman and Xavier were arranging. The talks worked and Nightcrawler then teleported the Earth-Two representatives back home. Nightcrawler was then on the Watchtower when Darkseid arrived and asked for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse.

Rogue explains Jim.

Rogue - Rogue is taken away from the Eye of Ages by Logan when it disappears and doubts that it'll be the last time they see Apocalypse. During the beginning of her senior year of high school, the new principal, Sean Cassidy, has Rogue show around a new student, Jim. She also takes him to the Institute where he gets in a fight with Logan with Adamantium claws. Rogue touched him to stop him, but instead of passing out, Rogue simply gains Jim's powers. She then knocks Jim out, and she explains to the Professor and Wolverine how Jim is Logan's son, Darkseid appears and captures the Professor, Jean, and Wolverine. Rogue later asks what they do now. When the Justice League arrived at the Mansion, Rogue confronted them. Rogue then asked how their two universes merging could be possible. Rogue then remarked that Jim's reaction to being left behind when Cyclops, Storm, and Beast left with the Justice League to investigate was kind of immature. When the Teen Titans arrived Rogue wondered if they were more members of the Justice League. She then wondered if they knew what happened. Rogue then confused Apokolips with Apocalypse when they explained Boom Tubes. Rogue then agrees with the others to go with the Titans to do their own investigation. At the Tower, Rogue joined the other X-Men and the Titans in fighting a brain-washed Wolverine and the Femme Furies. After Wolverine returned to normal and beat up most of the Furies, Rogue incapacitated Stompa by touching her face. After that, Rogue went with the other X-Men, the Titans, Hawkgirl, and Green Lantern John Stewart to assist the Justice League on New Genesis stop a controlled Xavier, Jean, Superboy, and Raven. Once Superboy was the only one left to be freed. Rogue had Batman fly the Javelin close enough for Rogue to touch him, which allowed her to drain enough of his life force to deactivate the Horseman circuitry. Once she did that, she got a flash of Superboy in the test tube he was born in just before Superman saved him. As Superboy recovered, Rogue was freaked out when she suddenly saw through her hand, due to her older status giving her access to Superboy's yet-to-be-developed x-ray vision. She then went home with the others to wait for Apocalypse's next move. Rogue then explains her powers to Raven. She then slaps Flash when he flirts with her. Rogue's rather agitated at being left at the Mansion while the League and the of-age X-Men hold a peace talk between the two Earths on the Watchtower, but she goes along with it in the end. Rogue spends the time working out by hitting a punching bag. Rogue then talks to Jim and convinces him to stay after they stop Darkseid and Apocalypse. Rogue then went to the Watchtower, and when Darkseid arrived and asked for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse, she was against it.

Kitty Pryde just before her backpack gets frozen.

Shadowcat/Kitty Pryde - During the beginning of her junior year of high school, Kitty met a boy named Jim who was a Mutant with powers similar to his father, Logan. On the way home, her back pack was accidentally frozen by Bobby. She then witnesses Darkseid kidnap the Professor, Jean, and Wolverine. Shadowcat later rushed out when the Justice League arrived. She then witnessed Cyclops, Storm, and Jean leave with them and then met the Teen Titans when they arrived shortly afterwords. She then asked what a Thanagarian was. Shadowcat then agreed to go with the Titans on their own investigation of the merging of their worlds. At the Tower, when a brain-washed Wolverine attacked with the Femme Furies, Shadowcat insisted that Darkseid didn't know Logan and tried to get through to him by reminding him of all the times they'd had, including when she helped him destroy Professor Thorton's lab. This works after Shadowcat's attacked by Stompa and Lashina. After the defeat, Shadowcat goes with the X-Men and the Teen Titans to New Genesis to help the Justice League stop a controlled Xavier, Jean, Superboy, and Raven. After they're saved, Shadowcat goes home with the others to relax before Apocalypse's next move. Kitty then showed Hawkgirl the Danger Room where they hone their abilities.

Beast when he meets the Justice League.

Beast/Henry "Hank" McCoy - After the Professor, Jean, and Wolverine are kidnapped by Darkseid, Beast tries to investigate, but the Boom Tube Darkseid used doesn't leave a trace. He then receives a massive headache for apparently no reason. Beast later came out when the Justice League arrived at the Mansion. Beast was then about to explain what Mutants were to the League before Batman stopped them. Beast then went with Cyclops, Storm, and the Justice League to investigate before being called to aid on New Genesis. Upon seeing that the attackers were a controlled Xavier and Jean, along with Superboy and Raven, Beast realized that Apocalypse was still active. After they were freed, Beast went home with the others to wait for Apocalypse's next move.

Jim's ready.

Jim - The son Wolverine never knew he had. He was conceived shortly before Wolverine was kidnapped by Weapon X. There, his mutation was accelerated, so he'd develop it at one, and it got strong enough that he was given the Adamantium treatment at two. His mother managed to have him escape with a doctor, but she died and Jim spend thirteen years alone. He then met Sean Cassidy outside of Bayville, and he helped him meet some of Charles Xavier's students and was taken to the Institute. He then attacked Logan when he showed up with his claws, but Rogue used her abilities to take Jim's, and she used her temporary claws to knock Jim down. When Darkseid appears, Jim remarks that he has a creepy name. When Scott insists that they have to follow them when Darkseid kidnaps the Professor, Jean, and Wolverine, Jim asks how they'll follow them. Jim then confronted the Justice League when they arrived and wondered at the second Earth appearing. He then thought Batman's Mutant name was cool before learning that none of the Justice League were Mutants. Jim then asked to help them figure out what was going on. Jim then mocked Superman's believe that the League had dealt with this kind of thing before and told Wonder Woman he didn't like her face. When Storm, Cyclops, and Beast left to assist the Justice League, Jim grumbled about being left out. Jim then met the Teen Titans and explained that the Justice League left with what Jim called the "senior members." Jim then asked what a Boom Tube was and how they knew Darkseid. Jim then volunteered to help the Titans in their investigations. At the Tower, when a brain-washed Wolverine and the Femme Furies arrive, Jim objects to Shadowcat just walking up to Wolverine. After Wolverine snaps himself out of the brain-washing, Jim defeats Mad Harriet by stabbing her in the gut. He then went with the X-Men and the Titans to New Genesis to help the Justice League stop a controlled Superboy, Raven, Xavier, and Jean. Jim then fought Raven and walked through a poisonous cloud she'd created and knocked her out with one punch to the gut. After that, she and everyone else was freed, and they returned to the Mansion to await Apocalypse and Darkseid's next move. Jim then called Flash's flirting with Rogue a bad joke and asked which Earth was Earth-One and Earth-Two and learns that his Earth is Earth-Two. Jim then sheathes and unsheathes his claws as he waits for Darkseid and Apocalypse's next move, and when Raven asks him to stop, he tells her to bite him and ends up shoved into the kitchen. He then gives Raven her the finger with his middle claw. He then goes to work out and ends up talking to Rogue, who convinces him to stay and confesses that she figured out his past when she touched him. He then went to the Watchtower, and when Darkseid appeared and asked for help against Brainiac and Apocalypse, Jim was against it.

Antagonists

Darkseid invades the Mansion.

Darkseid - One day, shortly after forming an alliance with Brainiac, Darkseid meets a being from Earth 616 named Apocalypse. Darkseid then proposes that they help each other. Darkseid then tells Apocalypse about the Justice League, Superman, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, Flash, Hawkgirl, and Batman. He then agrees with Apocalypse's idea to destroy their opponents in one blow. They then make a machine to merge the Marvel Universe and the DCAU together. When he learns that the machine requires four beings of mental and physical might, he tells Apocalypse about Superboy and Raven before going to the Mansion. He then introduces himself to the X-Men and sends the Professor and Jean to Apokolips by his Omega Beams. He also inadvertently brings Wolverine to Apokolips with him when he attacks. Once there, Darkseid tells Granny to re-educate Wolverine and witnesses the merging of the DCAU and the Marvel Universe. After Wolverine's brain-washed into believing he's an ally of Darkseid's, Darkseid sent Wolverine and the Femme Furies to Earth to deal with the Teen Titans and the X-Men. After it was revealed that Wolverine recovered and took the Titans and the X-Men to Apocalypse, Darkseid was pleased that things were going as planned, and asked Brainiac if he was ready for their next step. Darkseid then made sure Brainiac remembered their new plan and deal. Darkseid later scoffed at Adamantium being able to survive his Omega Beam. Later, it appeared that Brainiac had betrayed Darkseid and was about to attack Apokolips. Darkseid then arrived at the Watchtower and ended up getting pounded by Superman and Superboy before Raven, Wonder Woman, and Martian Manhunter restrained them. Darkseid then explained that Brainiac was attacking Apokolips, and Apocalypse had joined Brainiac because of his more advanced technology. When Superboy, Raven, Rogue, and Jim were against it, Darkseid pointed out that Brainiac would most likely go after New Genesis first and asked if Superman was really willing to let an entire planet die due to a personal grudge.

Brainiac - After Apocalypse arrived on Apokolips, Brainiac agreed to a slight change in plans and prepared for the next step of their plan following the fusing of the DCAU and the Marvel Universe and an attack on New Genesis. He then assured Darkseid that he remembered the plan and said that it was 99% fool-proof. Brainiac was then given information on the X-Men by Apocalypse. He was most fascinated in Adamantium and theorized that it could survive Darkseid's Omega Beam. He then opposed working with Mr. Sinister until he learned about him and believed that Sinister could be made useful to him in case he needed upgrades. Following that, he apparently betrayed Darkseid and attacked Apokolips, with Apocalypse joining Brainiac in favor of his advanced technology.

Apocalypse meets Superboy and Raven.

Apocalypse/En Sabah Nur - During his second attempt to turn all the humans into Mutants under his rule, he's stopped by Wolverine and Rogue and sent off. He then ends up on a planet called Apokolips, ruled by Darkseid, and at first he considers taking the planet from him, but he eventually agrees to work together to defeat his enemies. He then learns about the Justice League and comes up with an idea to destroy their opponents in one blow. They then make a machine to merge the Marvel Universe and the DCAU together. He then explains that the machine will require four people of mental and physical strength and tells Darkseid about Xavier and Jean while he goes after Superboy and Raven. When Superboy tried to attack he knocks Superboy down with a psychic blast and uses his powers to take Superboy and Raven to Apocalypse and makes them his Horsemen. When the Professor and Jean are brought there, Apocalypse turns them into Horsemen as well and uses the machine to channel their mental and physical might to fuse the Marvel Universe and the DCAU together. Apocalypse then named the Horsemen and gave them additional powers before sending them off to New Genesis. He then reported the arrival of the League, the Titans, and the X-Men there as Brainiac appeared ready for the next stage in their plan. Apocalypse then informed Brainiac about the X-Men and had him work with his disciple, Mr. Sinister. Following that, Brainiac aparently betrayed Darkseid and prepared to attack Apokolips while Apocalypse himself joined Brainiac in favor of his superior technology.
